Mary Johnson, who grieves a murdered son, Debra Hocking, a victim of government-sanctioned genocide; and Kilong Ung, who survived the terror of the Khmer Rouge, RISKING LIGHT challenges us to examine our own beliefs about forgiveness and ask "What would the world look like if we could learn to forgive one another?"

Our sermon in church today was about forgiveness. and I was thinking about people in jail that had come to Christ and are saved, and it really made me think of Jesus saying father forgive them they don't know what they are doing This was a great doc .

The gentleman from Cambodia story is similar to mine. I was a lot younger than him, so my memory i remembering was vividly . During khmerouge, I was separated from my sister and my siblings. I would cry all the time missing my parents and siblings. I remember vividly my older brother came to my camp run away to see my parents. I remember I had to walk into a warmp where water went up to my neck. We didn't make it to see my parents. We got caught by them and put in the detention where they don't give us any food. I remember a lot. Seeing a dead person burn on a motorcycle . Dang, I could write a story.
