Oh btw if you own quest all of this is negated quest vr is the worst experience you'll never hear someone saying "I got quest vr and everything changed" everyone says "I got PC vr and everythings just been better"

End of statement… Get PC vr if you really wanna enjoy vr chat

PC vr chat is when anything is possible because less restrictions I know I know… But it's 10 thousands dollars blah blah blah turns balled and sitting next to almost naked women well maybe you should get a job and start thinking about the top g mind set like me

All jokes aside if your that kid that said " I love vr chat I wanna Exspirence what my favorite YouTubers are Exspirencing" get vr chat on pc
    Otherwise
Half the worlds will be Unexcessable
80% of skins will be in unviewable meaning everyone will either have the same model as you or same avatar I used to play quest and it was like everyone was the same person xD

I have 100+ hours on vrchat without ever using a vr headset. After a long while, I'm getting a headset soon and I'm so excited!! I hope I'll have better chances of making friends now that this feature is out!

For me VR Chat's biggest problem has always been… Their own devs. Seriously though, it's like they don't understand what audience they're marketing to. Killing mods and custom skins was the final blow.

(If you make an 18+ game, don't make changes to appease younger crowds & their idiot parents, who you should never have been able to purchase it to begin with. This is GTA taken to a whole new level of stupid…)

As someone who suffers from really bad social anxiety-to the point if someone looks in my general direction my anxiety shoots through the roof, I've been wanting to play vrchat for so long but the social aspect of it terrified the hell out of me and every time i made an attempt at socializing in there i ran away. I honestly thought i wasted 300 bucks on a quest 2 that i wasn't gonna use as i primarily bought it for vrchat but my anxiety was stopping me at every attempt and i gave up trying and accepted defeat-until i came across your channel by dumb luck. Watching your videos and seeing that vrchat can be a home for damn near anyone and that you can come out of your shell if you put in the effort, it revived my want to play it. I didn't know i was doing this but i was basically doing my own form of exposure therapy, by running around public worlds muted and just trying to get more comfortable being around so many random people-it actually started to help and ive managed to not only hold conversations but play games like pool and beer pong (no drink-just for fun) with randoms and i never thought in a million years i could feel so comfortable in a social setting. So thank you for making your videos and being such a big voice in the community-had i not found your channel i probably wouldn't have given vrchat another chance. ^^

i finally caved and bought myself a quest after wanting to try VR for years, and vrchat is one of those things ive been looking forward to exploring despite having massive social anxiety. to me it feels a lot like secondlife was back in the day, if that's still even around anymore. so far all ive been doing is exploring worlds alone to get the hang of movement and interacting with objects, but im still too shy to meet people haha oops.

Groups is a great feature, it also makes Discord servers less necessary in order to keep up with schedules of Groups we already belong to. The thing with young people… well I usually ignore them and if they're too loud, block them… I wish, since this is a mix between a Social Media platform and a Video Game, we can set up age ranges so kids can be in their own groups while adults we can enjoy the experience without having to babysit during a game of Among Us…

Really great video Phia ❤❤ you’re such a blessing the community honestly >//< meeting people in the beginning really is the hardest part of vrchat and it makes me happy that you’re helping new people become part of our wonderful world ❤❤

As someone who's been playing VRChat for borderline 6 years come the end of the month. Groups are not the answer, just find people you're comfortable talking to. joining any video game with voice chat and expecting to not be bombarded with rude, racist, and sexist comments is some real smooth brain energy; but if you learn how the block button works or just learn to ignore and not associate with toxic people and find the ones in the bunch like yourself trying to make friends you'll have an amazing time and might even find youself it fun yet petty little arguments with your friends against the toxic folk of public lobbies.

I see too many people watching YT videos about VRChat and thinking it's either this super emotional support group or strait up modern day GMOD Dark RP when both of those descriptions couldn't be further from the truth unless you find an underground group, but the issue with groups is they become echo chambers and eventually you're restricted from the world in the sense most groups flat out refuse to join Public worlds because "why put up with the headache?" instead of "let's try and meet cool new people and hopefully not start any trouble!"

but VRChat is what you as the player makes it and what others do or say shouldn't effect you unless you make it personal, so calm down with your stress and anger while learning to take it easy and to you as you. meet people and join a group, be a drifter going from one server to the next making people laugh and carrying on with your day, maybe even find an avatar of a character you're passionate about and see if you can strike a conversation with a fellow nerd about your fancy or sit in a corner with music looping into your mic and becomes the rooms Jukebox. but among all else, just have fun.

Tbh the Chaos of VRChat has always been a reason I've loved it, you do really have to get use to it but it can either be really funny or fun.
Also kinda irrelevant but us one piece fans like to make "crews" but this group feature really let's that come true for us.

when EAC event happened like 4 or 5 months ago I thought it would destroy most of the community for good but with the massive updates it seems to be recovering but we didn't have to all go through a hell for no reason why they didn't add this stuff before eac is such a childish and disgraceful way but with the updates and stuff is happening I'm hoping VRChat will be able to restore itself despite the Easy anti cheap event backlash I hope it all will get better and many will come back to VRChat and of course chillout vr isn't as good or safe as VRChat

Personally, I just recieved a VR Oculus Quest 2 for an early christmas present, and of course I played VR chat. Now, I saw another video you posted about the ahem, Black Cat, and steered clear for my first time. I ended up playing some among us, jailbreak, and just chilling. I met a lot of amazing friends that helped me understand how VR works and why its so awesome. I even got an introduction to VR horror, which might be a last haha. Overall, coming from a casual gamer and soon to be VR User, I think VR Chat has a lot to offer. Its just as good as meeting people in real life, just online. Very much like the Oasis in Ready Player One. I think it is a good ratio enough of the memes, and the casual. The Virtual Reality Show has been an awesome learning tutorial site for me as I prepared for this, so I just wanted to throw in an honest review of the game I just had, in honor of your primary content source. Have an awesome day everyone, and Merry Christmas!

I’ve joined a few Sonic themed VR chat video groups already with my friends and it’s amazingly fun. My boyfriend and I especially love the banners option too.
